Shah’s Jewel Collection is a legally registered luxury fine jewelry house. Every aspect of our creative expression — from jewelry designs and signature silhouettes to written content, digital imagery, video productions, branding elements, and storytelling frameworks — constitutes original intellectual property owned solely and exclusively by Shah’s Jewel Collection.

This includes, without limitation:

• Jewelry and tiara designs (concepts, sketches, CAD renderings, prototypes, and final products)
• Brand films, product photoshoots, and promotional imagery
• Website copy, editorial text, visual moodboards, and tone of voice
• Packaging, unboxing experiences, product display concepts
• Proprietary names of collections and original style titles
• AI-assisted visual designs, digital illustrations, and storyboards
• All branding, including logos, typography, color schemes, and art direction

All rights are protected under the Pakistan Copyright Ordinance, 1962, and corresponding international copyright, design, and trademark treaties, including the Berne Convention, WIPO, and the TRIPS Agreement.

Prohibition of Unauthorized Use and Reproduction

Any reproduction, distribution, modification, transmission, publication, or public display of Shah’s Jewel Collection’s creative assets — whether for commercial, academic, editorial, or personal use — is strictly prohibited without prior written consent from our legal representatives.

This includes the following violations:

• Recreating our jewelry designs in any material or digital medium
• Referencing our creative works for imitation or derivative commercial products
• Replicating product images or written text for reselling or advertising purposes
• Incorporating our assets into third-party videos, catalogues, or AI image datasets
• Scraping our website for visual, linguistic, or design elements

Unauthorized use of any Shah’s Jewel Collection content, even with partial alteration, is considered a breach of our intellectual property rights and may lead to legal action.

Use of AI Tools and Design Replication Clauses

Shah’s Jewel Collection explicitly prohibits the use of artificial intelligence (AI), machine learning models, or generative tools to replicate, reinterpret, or derive content from any element of our brand or product design.

We do not permit the following:

• Training of AI models on our brand materials, product images, or text
• Use of prompts designed to mimic our design style, creative direction, or storytelling
• Reverse engineering of jewelry pieces through 3D scanning, image-to-CAD software, or generative reconstruction
• Use of our visual identity in AI-generated fashion campaigns, NFTs, or digital collectibles

All AI-assisted workflows conducted within our studio remain proprietary and protected. Violation of this clause constitutes both a copyright infringement and a breach of moral rights under applicable IP law.

Licensing, Collaboration, and Legal Contact

Shah’s Jewel Collection welcomes inquiries for licensing partnerships, press usage, editorial placements, and bespoke design commissions. However, such engagements are strictly governed by written contracts and confidentiality agreements.
