2. Payments

3. Shipping, Packaging & Insurance

• Our shipments are dispatched via FedEx’s Jewelry Shipping Program with full tracking and discreet packaging.

• Orders exceeding $1,000 USD are fully insured at no extra cost.

• A signature will be required upon delivery for all high-value items.

• We pack each order using custom velvet-lined packaging to ensure safety and a refined unboxing experience.

Estimated delivery timelines are shared upon checkout. Any delays due to customs, weather, or carrier exceptions are outside our control but will be promptly communicated.

4. Returns, Buybacks & Exchanges

We honor returns and exchanges under the following conditions:

• Return Window: Within 180 days of delivery.

• Restocking Fee: 15% of the item value, applied to all returns.

• Shipping Responsibility: The client bears return and re-shipping costs unless an error was made on our part.

• Custom Orders: All bespoke or customized designs are final sale and non-refundable.

Exceptions:
If we shipped the incorrect item or made an error in customization, we will issue a prepaid return label and cover all related expenses.

Buyback Program:
We offer an industry-first buyback option for both stock and custom pieces—even after the return window. The offer value is calculated based on current market demand, precious metal pricing, and resale value.

5. Warranty & Global Repair Services

We stand by the longevity of our creations.

• All pieces are eligible for service and repair through our in-house studio.

• Repair fees depend on the complexity and materials involved.

• We are expanding our repair access through certified jewelers across the United States, United Kingdom, UAE, and Europe for faster turnarounds.

We do not cover damage resulting from accidents, misuse, or unauthorized modifications.

6. Custom Jewelry Policy

Every custom piece created by Shah’s Jewel Collection is a singular work of art.

• We do not replicate, resell, or reissue your custom designs — unless you grant express permission.

• You own the design rights of the concept you submit, but Shah’s Jewel Collection retains exclusive manufacturing and execution rights for any piece we produce.

• No third-party reproduction is permitted. Legal action will be pursued against counterfeiters and unauthorized manufacturers.

• We reserve the right to display your commissioned work in promotional material (photo, video, social), while maintaining client anonymity at all times unless agreed otherwise.

7. Artificial Intelligence & Design Replication

To uphold the integrity and originality of our designs:

• Any reproduction, training, or use of our jewelry images, product descriptions, or custom sketches in AI models, image generators, or deep learning systems is strictly forbidden without written consent.

• We actively monitor digital ecosystems to prevent scraping, cloning, or unauthorized AI dataset training using our visuals or content.

• We reserve the right to file takedown notices and pursue legal action under DMCA and international copyright statutes for AI-related violations.

8. Intellectual Property Rights

• All product designs, photographs, branding elements, editorial content, marketing materials, and visual style guidelines are the exclusive intellectual property of Shah’s Jewel Collection.

• Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or adaptation — whether for personal, academic, commercial, or AI-related use — is strictly prohibited.

• Violation of our copyrights, trademarks, or design protections will result in legal action in accordance with local and international IP laws.

9. Duties, Customs & Import Taxes

International buyers are responsible for any customs duties, VAT, or import tariffs levied by their respective countries. These charges are assessed upon arrival and are not included in your checkout total.

10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

All legal matters, disputes, or claims related to the use of our website or products shall be governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, without regard to conflict of laws principles.
